Late registration (after 30 January 2025) and registration fee refund policy

After January 30, 2025, the meeting registration fees for all the registration categories will increase by $100.

Refunds must be requested in writing or email to the Treasurer at least 4 week (by January 26, 2025) before the annual meeting less a $100 administrative fee. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation problems, illness, or early departure.

In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, AAFP is neither responsible nor will provide costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportations. It is recommended that the registrant obtains independent travel insurance.
