Dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge, excellence, and the highest ethical standards within the dental discipline of Fixed Prosthodontics

The Academy thanks all members, life members, guests, graduate students and others who attended the February 2018 meeting in Chicago. We look forward to another great meeting next year.

Testimonial regarding 68th Annual Scientific Session:

I really enjoyed the Fixed meeting! I’m sad that I waited two years of my residency before attending. The speakers were incredible and overall it was well organized. The hands-on workshop on Thursday was also great. Thank you all for putting together such a good meeting! Looking forward to the next one.

69th Annual Scientific Session, February 2020, Chicago, IL
HINDSIGHT IS 2020 – WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED ABOUT PROBLEMS, COMPLICATIONS AND  SURVIVAL OF RESTORATIONS

This unique scientific session on prosthetic dentistry will explore past problems and complications as encountered by skilled clinicians with an emphasis on where materials, techniques and technologies are headed. The speakers will address how patient care has evolved, and building upon that foundation, share current treatment approaches. Lectures have a basis in scientific evidence and clinical experience with the objective of raising a provider's ability to achieve success when faced with interdisciplinary or complex patient care. This program focuses on the art and science necessary for planning and executing predictable patient care.
