To be eligible, a candidate:

Must be a member of the Academy

Candidates should show evidence of:

Having made an exceptional contribution to the art and science of fixed prosthodontics, demonstrated by:
  • Publications
  • Innovation
  • Research grants
  • Presentations
  • Lifetime service to the field, demonstrated by:
    • Leadership in professional organizations 

Nomination is initiated by an Academy member and must:

-include curriculum vitae of the candidate

-include letter of nomination

-be made electronically to Chair of the Committee


Letters of nomination are due by MAY 1 to:
