Dr. Christensen founded TRAC Research in 2002 after co-founding and directing Clinical Research Associates (CRA) for 27 years. In 2023 TRAC Research was invited by Dr W. Rory Hume, Dean of the University of Utah School of Dentistry, to collaborate and to be funded by the Dental School for further development of the dental caries research methods pioneered at TRAC Research. As a non-dentist, Dr. Christensen has been honored with memberships in the American College of Dentists, International College of Dentists, American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and the Academy of General Dentists.
