Registration Fees

Registration includes admission to all meeting events, social activities, and meals.

*Memberhsip application approved and interview scheduled.  $175 application fee also required.
**A "Verification of Training Letter" from the Program Director or Academic Dean is required.
Registration fees are subject to change.

Refund Policy

• Refunds must be requested at least one week prior to the start of the Annual Meeting
• A $50 administrative fee will be withheld from all refunds (except student refunds)

Continuing Education Credit
